The great beginning of all beginnings! The first section will be about our projected milestones, and the second will be of the milestone’s that we have achieved! This is a crazy project that we just greenlighted out of passion to connect people with the joy of nostalgia, mindfulness, and also savings on products you can enjoy! Currently it’s just Mike Nguyen (That’s me!) running the business and doubling with a day job and home life makes this journey a beautiful challenge! So, bear with us and let’s ride this journey together!

  1. Clarified the core purpose of the business: a curated, trustworthy marketplace with conservation at its heart.

  2. Sketched the first version of the LP brand identity -calm, nature-aligned, and community-focused.

  3. Outlined the operational pillars that would guide everything moving forward: clean bookkeeping, ethical sourcing, transparent donation tracking, and boutique presentation.

  4. Began mapping the long-term vision, including future storefront features, consignment systems, and a conservation partnership model.

  5. Identified early challenges and constraints, especially around platform limitations, inventory flow, and the need for a phased, realistic launch plan.
